摘  要:对小麦体细胞无性系进行了过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶电泳分析。结果表明:(1)体细胞无性系存在大量的酶谱变异,变异在不同品种,不同愈伤组织分化的再生株表现不同,甚至在同一愈伤组织来源的再生株间也存在差异。(2)有些再生植株的酶谱变异可遗传给后代。酶谱变异与R_1表现一致或存在差异。(3)具形态特征特性变异的体细胞无性系在酶谱上显著不同于原品种,酶带有增减或酶带强度发生变化。形态特征特性变异与同工酶变异的关系尚待深入的遗传分析。Peroxidase and esterase electrophoresis analyses were carried out with wheat somaclones. The results showed: (1) A lot of isozyme variations were observed in somaclones. The variations were displayed differently among wheat varieties and among plants regenerated from different calli and even from the same callus. (2) Isozyme variation in some regenerats was heritable through the seed generation. The variation in zymogram pattern was either the same as or different from that in R1. (3) Somaclones with morphological character variations were distinguished from their original varieties by zymogram. Changes included deletion of specific enzyme bands, appearance of new bands, and band intensity. The relationships between changes in morphological characters and isozyme variations are to be studied genetically.
