摘　　要：目的　探讨丙烯腈接触工人尿硫氰酸盐浓度与症状、体征以及其他健康结局的关系 ,验证尿硫氰酸盐作为丙烯腈接触人群健康监护指标的有效性。方法　选取上海市某石化公司腈纶事业部 45 0名丙烯腈操作工为对象 ,进行定期体检 (主观症状、血常规和B超、心电图等 ) ,收集体检当日随机尿样 ,测定尿硫氰酸盐浓度。结果　尿硫氰酸盐浓度水平为正偏态分布 ,中位数为 2 0mg/L ,吸烟者是不吸烟者的两倍 ;对吸烟采用分层分析后未提示尿硫氰酸盐浓度与症状、体征以及其他健康结局有统计学联系。结论　尿硫氰酸盐浓度与症状、体征以及其他健康结局没有统计学联系。Objective The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between levels of thiocyanate in urine(USCN)and chief complaints,physical signs and health effects in workers exposed to acrylonitrile by cross sectional study.Methods 450 workers(336 males and 114 females)employed in an acrylonitrile fiber factory served as subjects.The average age and exposure duration of all subjects were 36 5±8 7 and 14 2±0 39.The rate of male smokers was 73 8%(248/336).Results The distribution of USCN data was positively skew,its medium was 2 mg/L .The USCN levels and chief complaints,physical signs and other health effects indicators could be found.Conclusions The levels of SCN from random urine species of workers exposed to acrylonitrile were not associated with their health effects.
