摘  要:目的 :了解系统性红斑狼疮 (systemiclupuserythematosus,SLE)患者血清可溶性Fas(sFas)水平的异常表现及其与疾病活动性的关联 ,初步探讨Fas系统在SLE发病机制中的作用。方法 :采用ELISA法定量检测血清sFas水平 ;按Becker等的SLE疾病活动指数对患者活动性进行评分。结果 :( 1)活动组血清sFas水平均明显高于非活动组及正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;( 2 )活动组疾病活动指数与血清sFas水平呈正相关关系 (r=0 .5 95 3 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :( 1)SLE患者血清sFas水平升高与疾病活动性有关 ;( 2 )sFas可望作为临床判断病情活动性的指标之一。Objective To study the relationship between serum sFas and disease activity in patients with SLE,and to investigate the pathogenesis of SLE.Method Levels of serum sFas were determined by sandwich ELISA.Activity index of SLE proposed by Becker was used to evaluate the activity of disease.Results (1)Serum sFas levels to those of the patients with active SLE were significantly increased compared with non active SLE and normal controls( P <0.01).(2)There was a significant correlation between the disease activities and serum sFas levels in the patients with active SLE.Conclusion (1)Increase of serum sFas levels in the patients with active SLE is related to the disease activity.(2)sFas can serve as an appropriate mar^ker to evaluate the disease activity of SLE.
