组胺调节胃肠功能的机制

摘　　要：目前已发现 3种组胺受体 :H1 R、H2 R和H3 R。组胺与细胞膜上相应受体结合 ,可影响细胞膜的离子通透性及细胞内的代谢过程 ,进而调节靶细胞的功能。现就组胺通过 3种组胺受体调节胃肠功能的机制作一综述。Three classes of histamine receptors have been identified as H 1 receptor,H 2 receptor,H 3 receptor.Mediated by these receptors,histamine play an important role in target cells' function.This paper reviewed the mechanisms through which histamine receptors regulate the function of gastrointestinal tract.
