托吡酯治疗癫痫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨低剂量托吡酯 (商品名 :妥泰 ,<2 0 0mg)对癫痫发作的疗效。方法 :33例癫痫患者采用妥泰单用或联合其他抗癫痫药治疗 ,起始剂量 2 5mg ,qd ;另外 40例患者采用卡马西平治疗作为对照。 结果 :妥泰治疗组的有效率 (93 .9% )明显高于卡马西平治疗组 (77.5 % ) ,P <0 .0 5 ;同时单一抗癫痫和联合抗癫痫疗效比较显效率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :妥泰对癫痫发作的疗效优于卡马西平 。Objective:To study the efficacy of low dose topiramate(<200mg) in treatment of epilepsy.Methods:73 patients with epilepsy were divided to receive once daily single 25 mg topiramate or in combination with other antiepileptic( n =33),or to receive carbamazapine( n =40) as control.Results:The effective rate of the active group(93.9%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.5%, P <0.05) and the distinct effective rate of single topiramate was signicantly better than that of combined topiramate therapy ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of topiramate in treatment of epilepsy is better than that of other antiepileptics,and the efficacy of single topiramate therapy is better than that of the combined topiramate therapy.
