摘　　要：目的 :建立可生物降解盐酸多西环素缓释注射凝胶的含量测定方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法 ,测定波长 2 76nm。结果 :线性范围 4.1～ 2 4.6 μg·mL-1,标准曲线A =0 .0 30 19C +0 .0 0 36 48,相关系数r =0 .9997,回收率 99.89% ,RSD % =0 .81%。结论 :方法准确可靠 ,可用于该制剂的含量测定。Objective:To establish the method for determination of doxycycline in biodegradable extended release gel.Methods:UV spectrophotometric method was used and the wavelength used was 276 nm.Results:The linear range was 4.1～24.6μg·mL -1,A=0.03019C+0.003648,r=0.9997.A recovery rate of 99.89% was obtained with a RSD of 0.81%.Conclusion:A simple,accurate,and reliable method for determination of doxycycline in biodegradable extended release gel is established.
