摘　　要：目的 :观察大鼠内直肌亚核神经元在动眼神经核的分布。方法 :采用HRP逆行标记法。结果 :大鼠支配眼球内直肌的运动神经元分布整个动眼神经核 ,在该核中央偏腹侧密集成群。结论 :大鼠动眼神经核内直肌亚核有其特殊的分布形式。To study the distribution of the medial rectus subnucleus of oculomotor nucleus in rats.Methods:HRP retrograde transport method was used to observe the distribution of medial rectus motoneurons.Results:The medial rectus subnucleus of the oculomotor nucleus distributed throughout the ipsilateral oculomotor nucleus,but clustered densely in the central to ventral region of it.Conclusion:It is demonstrated that the medial rectus subnucleus of oculomotor nucleus in rats have special distribution pattern.
