摘 要:目的 对职业紧张量表 (OSI R)的信度和效度进行验证。方法 采用单纯随机方法抽取工厂、机关、学校、服务和商业等近十种行业 319人作为样本。对OSI R的信度 (reliability)和效度(validity)进行评价。选用同质检验、分半信度和重测信度检验来表达OSI R的信度 ;区分度检验采用Pearson相关分析 ;效度检验运用因子分析和多元回归分析方法进行OSI R的结构效度验证。结果 OSI R无论是问卷或是条目的α系数 (0 .5 9~ 0 .86 )与Osipow的结果 (0 .70~ 0 .93)基本一致 ,说明OSI R有较好的同质性 ;OSI R重测信度的结果与Osipow的结果相比 ,重测相关系数为 0 .95 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,故OSI R有较好的重测信度 ;OSI R分半相关系数为 0 .78,3张问卷的分半相关系数在 0 .76~ 0 .84之间 ,各项目相关系数在 0 .44~ 0 .79之间 ,均具有显著相关性 (P <0 .0 1) ;OSI R与各项目间的相关系数在 0 .14~ 0 .74之间 ,而OSI R问卷与各项目间的相关系数在 0 .40~ 0 .86之间 ,表明OSI R项目间相互干扰不大 ;因子分析结果反映OSI R 3张问卷的结构效度良好。结论 OSI R经过适当的修订 ,可以作为我国职业紧张研究的理想工具。Objective To test reliability and validity of occupational stress inventory revised edition(OSI R). Methods 319 participants were sampled from various kinds of occupations,such as factory,office,school,service and commerce,etc with randomized cluster sampling.The inter item consistency,split half reliability and retest reliability were used to test the reliability of OSI R;the Pearson's correlation analysis was used to test the item differentiation of OSI R;the factor analysis and multi regression analysis were used to test the structure and content validity. Results α coefficients of OSI R(0.59~0.86) were consistent with Osipow's results(0.70~ 0.93) indicating OSI R had a good homogeneity;the correlation coefficient retest reliability( P <0.05) of OSI R was 0.95, implying OSI R had good retest reliability;the result of half split reliability test showed that the correlation coefficient of the inventory was 0.78,meanwhile the correlation coefficients of three questionnaires were ranged from 0.76 ~0.84;the correlation coefficient among items ranged from 0.44~0.79( P <0.01);the correlation coefficients of OSI R and items ranged from 0.14~0.74 ( P <0.05),while the correlation coefficients of OSR I and items were 0.40~0.86,indicating that the interference among OSI R items was little;the results of factor analyses and multi regression showed that there was a good structure and content validity in three questionnaires of OSI R. Conclusion OSI R may be used as an ideal tool for studying the occupational stress in China after proper revision.
