论中国花卉产业的可持续发展

摘　　要：在科技浪潮的推动下 ,世界花卉产业得到了迅猛发展 ,呈现出一些新的发展趋势 ,这为中国花卉产业的可持续发展带来了契机。文章对花卉产业的发展现状进行了概述 ,中国花卉产业的可持续发展有着优越的条件 ,如花卉种质资源丰富、环境优越、科技力量雄厚、劳动力廉价等。同时也存在着制度不完善、成果转化慢、发展不平衡、生产盲目性大等制约因素。对此提出了相应的对策 ,通过政策的保障性、法律的调控性来保证花卉、人才资源利用的可持续性以及花卉商品相关技术、信息的完善性 ,真正依靠科技进步来发展花卉产业 。With the promoting of science and technology, the world flowers and plants industry has been developed rapidly, it takes on some new trends. This brings good chance to sustainable development of flower industry in China. There are many advantages for China to realize the sustainable development of flower industry, such as rich in flowers and human resource, better environment and abundant in science and technology. On the other hand there are a few disadvantages such as imperfection of rules and regulations, slow transformation of achievements, unbalance of development and blindness of production. Some countermeasures, such as sustenance of men and flower resource, perfection of technique and information based on laws and rules, and development of flower industry by the advanced science and technology, are put forward in order to create better conditions for realizing the sustainable development of flower industry in China.
