聚乙烯吡咯酮与FSH配合治疗奶牛卵巢萎缩的研究

摘　　要：本试验应用聚乙烯吡咯酮 (PVP)与 FSH相结合，利用 PVP可以对 FSH起包被和缓释而延长 FSH在动物体内半衰期这一特性，进行了对奶牛卵巢萎缩的治疗试验，并与 FSH分次注射和 PMSG注射法的疗效进行了比较，试验结果表明， PVP与 FSH结合组 (A组 )的疗效效果与 FSH分次注射组 (B组 )， PMSG注射组 (C组 )间差异不显著 (P>0.05)，但治愈率却高 8.3和 13.9个百分点。This experiment used PVP Combined with FSH to treat lowis ovarian atrophy,by the character that FSH can be wrapped by PVP and releane slowly in Body,Compared with the effects of FSH and PMSG mjectiny methads,The reswt demonstrate:There are no difference among the three methods (P>0.05),but there are 8.3 and 13.9 percent advontuges of the fist method seperataly.
