用线阵CCD实现透镜曲率半径自动测量的研究

摘　　要：介绍一种自动测量和显示透镜曲率半径的系统。叙述该系统的工作原理 ,分析系统软、硬件设计及测量产生的误差。An automatic measurement and display system with the CCD sensor and Newton ring,which measures and shows the lens curvarure radius,is presented .The operating principle of the system is briefly narrated.The software and hardware designs of the system and the errors caused during the measurement are analyzed.
