摘  要:本文通过多种实验手段对Ag/YBCO薄膜退火后Ag膜与YBCO薄膜的相互作用进行了研究 .Ag/YBCO在退火过程中 ,存在着Ag沿YBCO的表面的横向扩散和向YBCO薄膜内部的纵向扩散 ,Ag的纵向扩散有一定深度 .Ag与YBCO很可能发生物理而非化学作用 ,渗透进入YBCO的Ag可能在YBCO的晶界处形核生长 ,使YBCO晶格发生畸变 ,产生应力 ,从而导致接触电阻值的增大 .Several techniques were used to study interaction between silver films and YBa-2Cu-3O-{7-δ} films, due to annealing at high temperatures in oxygen. The results show that silver diffuses into the YBCO film and the interaction between them is some kind of physical interaction. It is proposed that silver is likely to enter the grain boundaries of YBCO film, then nucleates and grows up. This kind of effect leads to the increase of the internal stress in the YBCO lattice and cause some distortion of the YBCO lattice, resulting in the dramatic increase of the contact resistivity.
