摘　　要：针对PTCR生产中耐电压耐电流测试的需要 ,研制了计算机控制的PTCR耐电压耐电流自动测试系统。采用PC机、单片机、智能化仪表 ,实现了PTCR耐电压耐电流性能的在线测试及工艺参数、工艺设备的在线控制 ,为PTCR生产中耐电压耐电流测试工艺提供了一种有效的自动化手段。To counter the demand of PTCR voltage and current-withstanding capability test in PTCR produce processing, the computer controlled PTCR voltage and current- withstanding capability automatic test system is developed. This system adopts PC, intelligent instrument and microcontroller, and achieves the PTCR voltage and current- withstanding capability parameters on-line test, technology parameters,and facilities on-line control.This system provides an efficient automatic method to PTCR voltage and current- withstanding capability test technology in PTCR producing.
