摘　　要：本文讨论了芯盒参数对射芯过程的影响 ,主要是排气塞和射砂孔的数量以及芯盒形状对于射芯过程的影响 ,从而为射砂过程的数值模拟提供试验验证的基础 ,同时希望能对芯盒设计提供参考。This paper discusses how the parameters of the core-box affect the sand shooting process. The main parameters of the core box include the number of the air vents, the number of the shooting vents and the shape of the core-box.These experiments can verify the numerical model of the sand shooting process as well as give a reference for designing the core-box.
