摘 要:用数值模拟方法研究了工艺因素对型内孕育硅铁块熔化过程的影响 ,结果表明 ,硅铁块的几何尺寸、孕育块的安放位置、阻流浇道的位置及孕育块的成分等因素都影响孕育块的熔化过程 ,孕育块的几何尺寸影响最大 ;硅铁孕育块的熔化存在滞后 ,通过改进工艺条件可以使熔化滞后减小。数值模拟可以用于型内孕育工艺的优化设计。The effect of technical factors on melting process of ferrosilicon block used for in-mold inoculation was studied by using numerical simulation. The results showed that the dimension, anchored place of ferrosilicon block, location of chocked-runner gate and composition of ferrosilicon all had influences on melting process of ferrosilicon block. Among them the influence of the dimension of ferrosilicon block was the greatest. Ferrosilicon block did not melt at initial contact with molten iron. The time from the initial contact with molten iron to the melting start could be reduced through selecting proper technical condition. Numerical simulation can be used to optimize in-mold inoculation technology.
