摘 要:采用电化学测量方法研究了磁场对铜在含三价铁离子硫酸溶液中自腐蚀以及阴极极化行为的作用 .磁场不影响该体系的自腐蚀状态 .磁场加速铜电极上三价铁离子的阴极扩散过程 ,随磁场强度增大 ,阴极极限扩散电流密度增大 ;磁场强度恒定时 ,磁场对三价铁离子阴极扩散的作用系数随三价铁离子浓度增加而增大 ;引起极限扩散电流密度明显增加的临界磁场强度随三价铁离子浓度增加而减小 .由于铜与铁在含有三价铁离子的水溶液中的热力学稳定性不同 。The effects of magnetic field on open circuit state and cathodic polarization behavior of copper in sulfuric acid with ferric ion were studied by open circuit potential measurement,polarization curve measurement and potentiostatic polarization measurement.Magnetic field did not affect open circuit state for Cu/H 2SO 4+Fe 3+ systems.Magnetic field enhanced the cathodic diffusion of Fe 3+ on copper electrode,and cathodic limiting diffusion current density increased with magnetic field intensity.Magnetic field effect coefficients for the same magnetic field intensity increased with ferric ion concentration. The minimum magnetic field intensity needed to induce significant effect on cathodic limiting diffusion current density decreased with increasing ferric ion concentration.It was pointed out that different thermodynamic stability of Cu and Fe in solution with ferric ion led to different rate controlling steps for cathodic reaction at open circuit potential,thus magnetic field had different effects.Fit results for the relation between the magnetic field effect coefficient and magnetic field intensity and concentration of ferric ion showed that,more than one correlating equations could be obtained for the same set of experimental data.Intensive research on mechanism is needed to clarify the exact dynamic expression.
