摘　　要：介绍了薄壳成型高性能专用模具的设计特点和难点 ,并重点从模具结构、材料、浇注系统、冷却系统、排气和脱模系统加以论述。This paper introduces the design feature and difficulty of special high performance tooling of Thin Wall Molding(TWM) and mainly discusses the structure and material, filling system, cooling system, venting and ejection system of the tooling.
