摘　　要：陶瓷粉末注射成形是从现代粉末注射成形技术中发展起来的一项新型成形技术。本文着重分析了影响陶瓷粉末注射成形的几个关键影响因素以及该项技术的发展动态 ,指出优质价廉的新型陶瓷粉末是陶瓷注射成形发展的基础 ;性能优异的粘结剂体系是其核心因素 ,产品尺寸精度和过程缺陷的控制是该技术发展和产业化的关键。Ceramic powder injection molding is a new molding technique developed from modern powder injection moldings techniques.In this paper,several key factors of influencing ceramic powder injection molding and the status of development of the technique are given emphasized analyse.It is pointed ont that good quality and cheap new ceramic powder is the foundation of ceramic injection molding's development,binder systems with good performance are its key factors,dimensional accuracy of products and the control of process defets are the keys of the technical development and industrialization.
