摘　　要：本文论述了在钢铁加工行业中非常有效的加工工具———陶瓷结合的CBN磨具的性能调控技术 ,特别指出利用计算机程序设计可实现陶瓷结合剂性能的准确预测 ,配合CBN的表面镀覆技术以及工艺参数的调整 。In this paper an effective method for controlling the properties of vitrified bonded CBN abrasive wheel is discussed. By using CAD to adjust the compositions of the bond, the properties of the vetrified bond can be predicted exactly. With the surface coating technology to CBN grits and CAD adjusting of the bond compositions, the structure and properties of CBN abrasive tools can be controlled properly.
