摘　　要：分析了国内外中频感应加热热处理技术的发展现状。举例说明了钢管中频感应加热热处理技术比普通火焰加热热处理方法有 8大优点。认为 ,目前开发的 IGBT晶体管模块中频变频电源 ,使中频感应加热炉的性能更加提高。this article introduces the development status of the middle frequency induction heat treatment technology both home and abroad, illustrates the eight advantages of pipe middle frequency induction heat treatment technology than common fire heat treatment method. The author thinks that the developed 1GBT transistor module middle frequency and frequency conversion power improves the properties of middle frequency induction heat furnace, and suggests to apply this technology in certain area.
