摘 要:采用三种不同工艺对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢进行渗氮处理。分析了不同工艺条件下渗氮层的组织、硬度、厚度和耐磨性。结果表明:氧氮共渗的效果最好。The paper reports that HSS(High Speed Steel )W6Mo5Cr4V2 has been nitrided using three kinds of nitriding technology,and discussed and analogized the differences of nitriding layer's structure and properties(including its hardness, thickness and wear resistance) under the conditions of dissimilar technology. The conclusion is as follows: the nitriding layer's quality is also unlike by the different nitriding methods,and the different among them are bigger. The oxygen - nitriding result is the best of three kinds of technology.
