摘　　要：为分析带裙座整体封头的成形工艺 ,在商用有限元软件 ANSYS上二次开发了专用的封头成形分析模块。该模块根据封头的尺寸参数 ,采用参数化方法建立有限元模型。根据数值模拟结果 。In order to simulate the forming process of pressure vessel heads with skirt,a specialpurpose code module,based on the commercial FEM software ANSYS,has been developed.This code uses the dimensions of a pressure vessel head to create an FEM model by a parameterization method.The causes of forming defects and the influence of the billet shape on the forming process are analyzed with the numerical simulation results.
