摘  要:研究了稀土元素对牙轮钻头渗碳过程的影响。试验结果表明 ,加入稀土元素使渗碳速度提高 2 0 %~ 30 % ,经渗碳 渗硼复合强化后 ,钻头的轴承寿命提高 2 4 8%~ 2 7.8% ,钻头的穿孔进尺增加了 15 3~ 190m ,提高率达 2 5 %~ 2 8%。Effects of rare earth elements (RE) on carburizing process of the blast hole rock bits were studied. The results showed that the carburizing rate is increased by 20% [similar to] 30% by adding RE. Industry test showed that service life of the bit bearing, subjected to carburizing-boriding combined strengthening, is increased by 24.8% [similar to] 27.8%, and the drilling length of the bits treated by RE is more 153 [similar to] 190 meters than that the untreated bits do, which is increased by 25% [similar to] 28%.
