摘  要:建立了铸件充型过程中金属液流体湍流和层流流动及凝固冷却时三维速度场和温度场数值模拟的计算方程 ;介绍了这些方程的数值求解 ,相关边界条件及凝固潜热处理方法 ;以此为基础 ,编制了三维计算、前处理、后处理程序及相关数据库 ,形成了SRIFCAST软件。本软件已成功地应用于铸造生产 ,制定了各种铸件尤其是精密铸件的铸造工艺 ,获得了优质铸件。Numerical simulation equations were established for the mold filling process of liquid metal with turbulent or laminar flows and for the process of liquid metal being solidified and cooled into the casting. The solution methods for the equations and the treatment methods for related boundary conditions and latent heat were introduced. Based on these equations, the programs for calculating the 3-D velocity and temperature fields, pre-processing, post-processing and database were made. Finally, these programs were assembled a 3-D numerical simulation software named SRIFCAST for mold-filing and solidification processes of the cast alloys. This simulation software has been applied to design casting technology for various castings, especially for investment castings, and the sound castings were obtained by using SRIFCAST.
