气冲气推多触头压实造型的试验研究

摘　　要：设计制造了一种气冲气推多触头压实造型实验机。研究了影响气冲气推多触头压实造型法实砂效果的有关结构因素。对比研究了气冲气推多触头压实实砂和单纯气冲造型的实砂效果 ,表明气冲气推压实实砂比单纯的气冲造型实砂效果好。A kind of experimental air-impulse molding machine with heads pushed by compressed air is designed and manufactured. The structural factors influencing the compacting effects of the machine have been studied. The single air impulse molding is also investigated as a contrast of the new method. It was shown that the new method is markedly prior to the single air impulse molding method.
