摘　　要：介绍双金属锯带电子束焊机的组成和工作原理。根据锯带真空电子束焊机对控制系统的要求，提出以PLC为核心单元实现对整机的过程控制，真空控制用程序自动控制和手动控制，并设计出相对应的程序软件。This paper reports the technology requirements and configuration of bi－metal strip production line． According to technology requirements of the electron beam welder (EBW) of the production line, we use PLC to control the EBW＇s operation as key unit, and the vacuum systems are controlled automatically or manually by PLC program．On the basis of the requirements of control systems in the EBW,we design control software of the EBW＇s process．
