摘　　要：企业职工下岗是目前我国社会经济生活中一种重要的经济现象 ,在当前体制下 ,“下岗”与“失业”既有区别又有联系 ,但从理论上和实际情况来看 ,企业职工下岗应该是失业的一种表现形式。正确认识这种经济现象 。Employees off duty in our wuntrys enterprise in an important phenomena in our social economic life. At the present system, there are differences and connections between employees off duty and unemployment. However, in theoretical and practical situation, employees off duty should be a form of unemployment. To understand this economic phenomena. Correctly will benefit the form of our countrys now employment system.
