摘　　要：苹果试管苗快繁体系营养生长培养基为P3 ,生根培养基为PL2 或P9,P10 。采用低温高湿移植法 ,成活率为 90 %以上 ,防止玻璃化的措施是提高蔗糖和琼脂含量 ,降低 6The medium of P 3 was for nutrition growing in the system of rapid propagation of test-tube plant of apple,and the medium PL 2 or P 9,P 10 for root. The measure of preventing the glass-plant was to increase the content of sugar and agar and to reduce the content of 6-BA. The survival ratio could be improved to more than 90% at higher humidity and lower temperature.
