摘  要:将 50 0只伊莎褐雏鸡 ,分 10个处理 (其中 1个对照组 ) ,用 3个中草药配方 ,分别以 3个添加水平 ,进行了配方筛选对比试验。结果表明 ,新城疫和传染性法氏囊病的抗体效价、中性粒细胞吞噬功能和T淋巴细胞转化率及产蛋性能组间差异极显著 ,其中试验 1组具有明显优势。高峰产蛋期 136d ,比对照组延长 30d ;ND抗体效价 12 6日龄达 6 .8,比对照组高 2 .2个滴度 ;12 6日龄中性粒细胞吞噬指数 11.30 % ,比对照组提高 2 .2个百分点 ;T淋巴细胞转化率 54日龄和 12 6日龄分别达到88.50 %和 87.33% ,比对照组提高 10个和 11.3个百分点 ;饲料报酬比对照组提高 11.2 4 % ;每只鸡比对照组增收 2 .4In present formulation selection experiment,500 Isa Brown were applied into 10 treatment groups at 3 additive levels. The results show that great differences exist among groups at antibody gradient of ND and , phagocytosis of neutral granular cell, transformation rate of lymphoid cell and laying performance (p>0.01).Especially group 1 demonstrates remarkable advantage. Namely, their peak period of lay lasted 136 days, which is 30 d. longer than that of the control; ND antibody effect gradient was 6.8 at age of 126 d, which was 2.2 degree higher than that of the control ; phagocytosis index was 11.3% at 126 d age, which is 2.2% higher than that of the control;T lymphoid transformation ratios were 88.5% and 87.33% at age of 54 d and 126 d. respectively, which are 10% and 11.3% higher than that of the control; feed conversion rate is 11.24% higher and per layer income 2.47 yuan higher than that of the control.
