摘 要:利用AFLP分子标记技术对白菜类蔬菜间的亲缘关系进行了研究。使用 10对选择性引物组合 ,扩增出 4 173条扩增带 ,并对其进行聚类分析。结果表明 :芜菁与结球白菜和不结球白菜亲缘关系远 ;而结球白菜与鸡冠菜和毛白菜亲缘关系较近 ,与其它不结球白菜亲缘关系较远。从分子水平上分析了薹菜、菜薹、柴乌、箭杆白。Genome relationships of Chinese Cabbage species were studied by molecular marker technology AFLP.4173 bands were detected with 10 pairs of primers.Clustering analysis showed that it is distant between turnip and Chinese Cabbage;Jiguancai( Brassica campestris L.ssp. chinensis Makino)and Maobaicai( Brassica campestris L.ssp. chinensis Makino)are close to head Chinese Cabbage( B.campestris L.ssp. pekinensis Olsson)which is distant to other non head Chinese Cabbage varieties.The relationship among non head Chinese Cabbage( B.campestris L.ssp. chinensis Makino)varieties including Taicai,Caixin,Chaiwu,Jianganbai and Ma’erduobai was analyzed on molecular level in this paper,which provides some information of origins and evolution of Chinese Cabbage.
