摘  要:连续 3年用多效唑 (PP333) 10 0 0mg/L和赤霉素 (GA3) 10 0 0mg/L处理‘首红’苹果 ,结果表明 ,PP333处理降低了芽内吲哚乙酸 (IAA)和赤霉素 (GAS)含量 ,增加了玉米素核苷 (ZR)和脱落酸 (ABA)含量 ,提高了ZR/IAA、ZR/GAS、ABA/IAA和ABA/GAS 比值 ,从而促进了花芽形成。GA3处理则增加了IAA、GAS 含量 ,降低了ZR、ABA含量 ,降低了ZR/IAA、ZR/GAS、ABA/IAA和ABA/GAS 比值 ,从而抑制了花芽形成。PP333和GA3在花芽孕育临界时期内应用效果显著 。甊edchief’and‘Red Fuji’apple tree( Malus domestica Mill.)were used as materials to test for the effect of treatments of paclobutrazol(PP 333 )and GA 3 on the contents of endogenous hormones in buds.The results showed that the contents of and ZR,and ZR/IAA,ZR/GA S,ABA/IAA and ABA/GA S ratios in spur bud were remar kably increased,PP 333 treatment by while GA S and IAA content in spur bud were decreased.The contents of GA S and IAA in spur bud were remarkably increased by GA S treatment,while ZR and ABA content,ZR/IAA,ZR/GA S,ABA/IAA,and ABA/GA S in spur bud were decreased.As to the effects of spraying PP 333 or GA 3,it was noted that PP 333 could increase the leaf bud node number,but no effect was noted for flower bud;GA 3 had no effect on the node number of leaf bud,but had a trend to decrease the node number for flower bud.
