摘　　要：随着近年来对财政风险的日益关注 ,地方政府的债务融资风险也受到了人们越来越多的重视。笔者认为 ,我国现行地方政府债务融资管理制度所存在的种种缺陷 ,是造成这一风险加剧的重要因素之一 。With the increasingly paying attention to the financing risk in recent years, debt's financing management of local government is also being talen seriously. Institute of debt's financing management of local government in force has kinds of defects, whick are the important factors of the exacerbating risk situation and should be standardized and perfected.
