摘　　要：电子商务是未来经济的归宿 ,对中国经济的发展十分重要。通过分析中国现阶段电子商务发展的环境 ,提出在中国电子商务应用模式要具中国特色 ,要和中国现有经济相适应。E-business represents the destination of future economy and appears as an important factor for China's economic development. This paper provides an analysis on the current environment of China's E-business development, and persists that the development model of China's E-business should be consistent with China's own characters and with the need of economic development.
