摘　　要：Ｄ９７－Ｈ１１２铝合金口琴形扁管是制造全铝管－带式汽车空调器的又－新型铝合金材料。论述了采用Ｃｏｎｆｏｒｍ连续挤压工艺生产Ｄ９７－Ｈ１１２口琴形扁管工艺过程中，合金在铸轧状态、高温退火状态、Ｈ１１２状态的组织特征，并分析了该合金的强化机理。D97-H112 aluminium alloy harmonica-shape flat tube is a new type aluminium alloy material used for making the automotive air-conditioners in the tube-band type. The D97-H112 harmonica-shape flat tubes were produced by conform extruding preocess. The struture feature of the tubes under the casting and rolling and of H112 tempers. The alloy strengthened mechanisms were analyzed.
