摘　　要：战术防空C3 I系统综合效能评价是一个多目标评价过程。多目标评价中的一个重要因素是考虑目标权系数的选取。运用多目标权系数的组合赋值方法 ,对战术防空C3 I系统效能进行了综合评价 ,确定了一套评价指标 ,给出了系统效能的评价算法。效能评价实例说明了这种评价方法的科学性。The evaluating for effectiveness of the tactics aerial defensive C\+3I system is a multi-objective evaluating process,in which the choice of the object's weight is an important part.In this paper,a combination method that allots multi-bjective weights is proposed. A set of indicators is established, and an algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of the C\+3I system is given. Finally,an example shows the validity of this algorithm.
