摘　　要：应用MPEG音频层Ⅲ压缩算法的MP3音乐格式 ,以其较高的压缩比及近乎CD的音质得到广泛流行。论文在完成MPEG音频层III解码算法C + +语言仿真的基础上 ,对算法进行了定点化 。MP3 music format which uses MPEG audio LayerⅢ compressing algorithm is popular for its high compression rate and CD-like quality The fixed point programming of the MPEG audio LayerⅢ decoding algorithm is implemented after being simulated with C++ language, which can be used to realize the real time decoding of MPEG audio LayerⅢ based on digital signal processor
