康丽烧伤膏对小白鼠Ⅱ度烫伤创面的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的　为观察康丽烧伤膏对Ⅱ度烫伤创面的治疗作用。方法　将小白鼠制成烫伤模型 ,分组观察模型经康丽烧伤膏治疗后创面愈合情况及创面细菌生长情况。结果　治疗组创面缩小率显著高于对照组。治疗组小鼠死亡率显著低于对照组 ,且可显著增加小白鼠体重。结论　康丽烧伤膏对Ⅱ度烫伤小白鼠创面有促进和加速愈合的作用 ,有降低鼠死亡率和增加体重的作用 ,对烫伤小白鼠创面无显著直接杀菌作用。Objective To observe the efficacy of Kang Li Burn Ointment to partical thickness heated injury.Methods Established mice(21)model of heated injury,and divided the mice into 4 groups,then observed their injury healing status and growth of bacteria on the injury surface after treatment with the ointment.Results The decrease rate of injury surface in treated groups(3×7) was higher significantly than control group(7),death rate of the formers was lower significantly than that of the latter.Besides,the ointment can also increase the body weight of the treated mice remarkably.Conclusion The Kang Li Burn Ointment has promotion and acceleration role in healing of partical-thickness heated injury,and role of decreasing mortality and increasing body weight,but without distinct direct bactericidal role for heated injury surface of the mice. [
