摘　　要：本文报告48例正常胎儿心脏二尖瓣口,三尖瓣口,主动脉根部和主肺动脉的(?)超多普勒频谱特点和峰值血流速度。The characteristics of ultrasound pulsed Doppler spectra and peak value of blood flow velocity of mitral valvular orifices, tricuspid valvular orifices, aortic roots and main pulmonary arteries in 48 normal fetuses were reported. The findings suggested that the A-wave dominant Doppler patterns were 80% and single-wave Doppler patterns were 12. 8% of the flow wave form across the atrioventricular valves and the peak value of blood flow velocity of the tricuspid valvular orifice was greater than that of the mitral valvular orifice. It is coincident with the characteristic of fetal circulative physiology. The study demonstrated that it is a assistance in understanding the fetal circulative physiology and diognosis of fetal cardiovascular abnormality to perform the pulsed Doppler echocardiographic examination.
