我国人体首次发现圆圃棘口吸虫病例及虫体形态观察

摘　　要：1988年7月6日,我们在一患者便内发现似姜片虫卵的大型虫卵。临床表现为头昏无力、食欲不振,上腹痛和贫血。因病人20天前有吞食活泥鳅史,故疑其为棘口吸虫病。服药后获虫体70条,经形态学研究,鉴定为圆圃棘口吸虫(Echinostoma hortense Asada,1926)。Clinical symptoms were dizziness, adynamia, anepithymia and upper abdomen pain in the patients. The blood test showed eosinophilic granulocyte 13%, Hb5565g/L, Occuh blood '+' in the stool. The result showed the patient had anemia. On July 6, 1988 big type eggs were found in patien's stool, which were similar to those of Fasciolopsis buski. 20 days ago, the patient swallowed down about 30 local raw loaches. We suspected the patient was suffering from Echinostomiasis. Two days later, he was given the capsule for expelling the Cestodes and saline purgative. 70 worms with general characters of the Genus Echinostoma were collected. All of the worms were examined and identified as Echinostoma hortenseAsada, 1926 morphologically.
