小儿病毒性腹泻的临床治疗及病原学研究

摘　　要：本文应用电镜,聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳等技术,对158例小儿秋季腹泻患儿进行病原学探讨,分泌型IgA含量测定及中西药疗效验证。结果表明,中药治疗轮状病毒性腹泻疗效优于西药组。The etiology of 158 cases with autumnal diarrhea in children was investigated by electron microscope and polyacrylamide gel electrophresis technique, SIgA content was determined and curative effects of chinese herbal medicine and western compared. The results indicated that the therapeutic effect of chinese herbal medicine for rotavirus diarrhea was more effective than western medicine.
