摘　　要：苏联是一个多民族的联邦制国家 ,民族问题非常复杂。长期以来 ,苏联领导人在处理民族问题上存在错误认识 ,并因此导致了民族政策的严重失误。The Soviet Union was a federal system country with more nationalities, and the racial problems were very complicated. because of the leader's wrong views on dealing with the racial problems. serious fault existed in the policy towards nationalities. So racial contradications became more and more sharp and resulted in the main reason for the disintegration of the Soviet Union.
