摘　　要：本文通过对Ecco-18株病毒的提纯,摸索出了动物肠道溶瘤病毒的较佳提纯方案。The influential factors and the best conditions of purification of animal oncolytic virus were found with the purification of Ecco-18 strain virus. The method is faster, cheaper and easier.
