摘　　要：新时期党内监督在取得了可喜的成就的同时，仍存在着明显的疏漏──体制不合理，法制不健全，机制不完善。这既为强化党内监督提出了明确的要求，又为强化党内监督提供了清晰的线索，这就是理顺监督体制，健全监督制度，完善监督机制。In the new times great achievements have been obtained in supervision within the Communist Party while prominent faults such as unreasonable politics, immature law system,incomplete mechanism ...exist at the same time. Therefore we still need a clear and effective way to perfect and strengthen out the supervision system.
