摘　　要：中国古代弹劾制度是封建监察制度的核心内容 ,弹劾权是御史的最重要权力。其权力运行特点 :在皇帝直接领导下 ,独立行使 ,弹章直达御前 ,皇帝亲自裁决 。Impeaching system is the core of supervising system in ancient China. Therefore the power of impeachment is the most important right that an imperial superintendent exercised. Directly under the leadership of the emperor, a superintendent would independently investigate the corrupt officials and submit the report to the emperor for adjudication.
