摘 要:本文用热凝聚IgG(HAG)代替IC,用碳廓清实验检测了不同剂量的HAG对小鼠单核-巨噬细胞乐统(MPS)吞噬功能的影响。找出了使小鼠MPS吞噬功能饱和的HAG剂量,从而建立了用HAG封闭MPS吞噬功能的动物模型。本模型可用采进一步研究如何用药物来增强MPS在饱和状态下的吞噬功能,加快清除循环免疫复合物(CIC)。The influence of different dosess of HAG on phagocyte function of MPS was studied by the test of carbon clearance and applying heated aggregated immunoglobulin (HAG) instead of IC. The dose that can saturate the phagocyte function of MPS was found and the animal model using HAG inhibiting Phagocyte function of MPS was established. The animal model may be used for further studyiug how to use drugs to strengthen the saturated phagocyte function of MPS and make the clearance of circulated immune complexes (CIC) from the blood faster。
