摘　　要：讨论了总定数先定时截尾情况下简单步进应力加速寿命试验的最优设计问题 ,然后同定数截尾情况下简单步进应力加速寿命试验的最优设计进行比较 ,比较结果表明本文方法较优 。This paper presents an optimum design of simple step stress accelerated life tests under Total type Ⅰ and earlier Type Ⅱ and compares this method with the optimum design of accelerated life tests under type Ⅰ.It is proved that this method is better than the latter one.Futhermore,enough examples are provided to illustrate and examine the feasibility of the method
