摘　　要：用尿过筛目测试纸对11557名2岁～14岁无症状儿童进行筛查,最终检出有各种尿改变者共51名,占筛查总数的0.44%。筛查结果表明,对健康儿童定期进行尿过筛检查,对早期发现、诊断和治疗小儿泌尿系统疾病具有重要意义。11 557 children in Harbin, aged 2 to 14 with no symptoms, were screened by testing the urine with test paper. The results showed that there were 51 cases with various uric changes which made up 0.44% of the total. The 51 cases were diagnosed as non-symptomatic hemuresis, non-symptomatic proteinuria, non-symptomatic bacteriuria, nephritides and nephrotic syndrome respectively according to the histories, physical examinations, blood-biochemical tests, the urine culture, immunology and B-ultrasonic examinations。The results indicated that it is of importance that healthy children are screened by testing urine with test paper periodically for early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment of the diseases of urinary system, which should be popularized widely from now on.
