摘　　要：社会主义市场经济的逐步建立和发展,对科学基金项目的管理提出了越来越高的要求。为了保证取得高质量的标志性成果,必须切实加强项目的后期管理。本文从引入竞争机制、重视知识产权保护、建立实用的基金成果评估系统、发挥项目负责人、受资助单位和上层管理部门的积极性四个方面进行了探讨。With the establishment and development of the socialist market economy, there is an increasing requirement for the management of the science fund projects. In order to guarantee obtaining the high-quality symbolized achievements, it is necessary to strengthen the later-stage management of the projects. The author of the thesis intends to probe the issue from the following four aspects. They involve introducing competition mechanism, attaching importance to the protection of intellectual property rights, establishing a practical evaluation system for fund achievements and giving full play to the enthusiasm of the management department at the upper level, approval and approved department.
