摘　　要：随着政府事务的急剧增多 ,政府采购项目与数量也随之增加 ,政府采购制度因此也倍受关注。文章以此为背景 ,提出完整的政府采购制度必须包含健全的法律监督制度的观点 ,并论证了政府采购法律监督的范围 。With the rapid increase of administrative affairs, the items and quantity of government purchasing is on the rise. This calls for establishment of the system of government purchasing. It is against this background that the present essay puts forward that a system of legal supervision is indispensable to an integrated system of government purchasing, and then it goes on to expound the scope and the rough frame of the system of legal supervision over government purchasing.
