摘　　要：本文分析了我国国有资产流失的主要形式 :营运过程中的国有资产流失 ,现代企业制度建立过程中的国有资产流失 ,中外合资过程中的国有资产流失 ,转让过程中的国有资产流失 ,行政企业单位在搞创收时无偿占有国有资产 。The paper analyses the main formals of the running off of state-owned assets. The running off mainly occurs in the process of follows; operating; the foundation of mordern business system; Chinese-foreign joint venture; transferment, the free occupying of the administrative department, the bad management for the resources and so on.
